Camera & display degradation

Every year Samsung turns down camera and display quality of all flagship phones to make the new models look better. They sent 2 updates in November 2024 and the camera quality was insanely downgraded. Post image processing is now ALMOST gone for low light shots. 

Don't even get me started on the green lines after update. Samsung you are pathetic!!!

There's always settings to change the camera quality via the camera app itself. There's also camera assistant in good lock if you want to try that out yourself

I know all of that. I am talking about intentional camera degradation every year. No wonder why they use same camera sensor for 2 to years and it looks better on the new phone.

I don't like to defend Samsung, but sensors degrade over time. If you look at RAW photos from real cameras that have shot 10k+ photos, you'll find "hot" pixels. With the way phone image processing works, this is actually less information and results in a worse photo
