Battery drain issue after 5% even after low power mode

Hello,

My S24 Ultra seems to have no battery issues till it goes to 5 %,

After that even after low power mode switched on after 5 % , it literally takes 2 minutes to switch off.

Please help

Yep, same here. Been that way with Galaxy phones for each phone, S-series and Notes.
Just like when charging to 100%, the first 10% drains really fast, the last 5% has a super steep drop off. It seems to be a Samsung thing.

I think 5 percent on any battery would be time to do something it will not last long or expected to

Every update, it gets worse. Battery now drops as quickly as the gas gauge on a 70's Cadillac

Letting your phone's battery deep discharge to only 5% capacity is very damaging to the battery's longevity. You should try not to let the battery discharge to below 30% capacity.

While this is true, I think the annoyance is that the Pro Max iPhones seem to hang onto their last battery percentages forever, whereas Samsung batteries just give up and die even with ~5-10% in the tank
