Hi yall today I was on my phone (24Ultra) and i realized on the back of my phone that the back glass is slowly starting to separate from the phone. I've had this phone since the day it came out. I have not had any cracks on screen or the back just 2 minor scratches from keys one in the front and one in the back. Does anyone else have this issue? I genuinely don't know what caused it. I don't go out in the sun so it cant be that. Out of all the phones I've had I've never had this issue where the back glass just starts to separate on its own. I'm pretty worried about it, what concerns me the most is that it probably isn't water resistant anymore, I've never put it close to water but it is a safe feature I like about the phone. Could this be Samsung's error or something? What do yall think I should do?
Yes I contact Samsung but they said unfortunately my phone warranty expired, I never bothered getting Samsung care either but they did recommend a repair center close by and they were able to help me. And to answer back about the battery heating up, well that never happened to me but my phone did get hot when I played games and the cpu was at work. But from my knowledge the cpu sits on the upper part of the phone. After the technicians were able to separate the back glass they did notice the battery was a bit swollen and that was what caused the back glass to pop out, they helped me out with everything and it was just $102 so it wasnt as bad as I thought.
