Hi yall today I was on my phone (24Ultra) and i realized on the back of my phone that the back glass is slowly starting to separate from the phone. I've had this phone since the day it came out. I have not had any cracks on screen or the back just 2 minor scratches from keys one in the front and one in the back. Does anyone else have this issue? I genuinely don't know what caused it. I don't go out in the sun so it cant be that. Out of all the phones I've had I've never had this issue where the back glass just starts to separate on its own. I'm pretty worried about it, what concerns me the most is that it probably isn't water resistant anymore, I've never put it close to water but it is a safe feature I like about the phone. Could this be Samsung's error or something? What do yall think I should do?

Galaxy S24You need to visit a certified Samsung repair center to diagnose the issue and have any required repairs completed by a certified technician.
If you are within your one year limited warranty period, you may be eligible for a warranty repair if the issue is determined to be a manufacturer defect.

Phones fall apart. It is what it is. If you have Samsung ➕️ or some kind of insurance depending how you got your phone. why anyone wouldn't have insurance on such a expensive piece of equipment is so used and handled, abused and dropped while also being easily broken i do not know. But the insurance SHOULD take care of it, I would think

I've never had Samsung care. To be honest I've never had any issues with my phones. I just stop using them when I upgrade and the battery swells up after a while. But I don't fix them because I've never really need to us them after the update. But yeah maybe this time I should've gotten Samsung care.. either way I just talked with a recommended technician by Samsung and they gave me a price under 100 dollars so its not as bad as I thought
