I have this enabled for incomming calls. Id like to know if there is a way to do it for outgoing calls? I see no way. Is there a way to request this feature?
As far as I know, there is no setting to default speakerphone for outgoing calls if you are dialing manually.
However, if you make calls using Gemini, you can ask Gemini to remember: "Always make calls on speaker." Gemini will then initiate the outgoing call on speaker any time a call is made.
You can request features by sending feedback to samsung. In this app, visit the Support tab and navigate to "Send Feedback."

How much effort does it take to hit it on an incomming call? Not much but its a helpfull option thats available. If its available for an incomming call why cant it be for an outgoing? Id use both.
Judging by your question i guess samsung should get rid of the option to answer incomming calls automatically with speaker phone, cause it requires the same amount of effort.
For someone who recently lost use of their hands it is incredibly hard. We're trying to find a way to efficiently use the phone and starting outgoing calls with speaker would be a great feature
I have elderly neighbours who have difficulty hearing therefore the phone has been set to speakerphone.
They struggle remembering the steps necessary to make an outgoing call and if they can't change it to speaker they cannot hear the call, Samsung has set them up to fail.
If I setup a general function on a device my expectation is that it will be universal, in this case for ingoing and outgoing calls.
