switching from back to front camera while recording cuts few seconds out!

This is really annoying. I wanted to record a concert and then switch to show my face and the crowd behind me. Turns out this operation CUTS around 2 seconds from the video thus making the song sound weird! Is this normal for all Galaxy phones or it's specific for S23? And it does it even when I am recording on the lowest quality to save storage space!

Just a guess but takes a second more or less for the camera to switch

it never used to it was flawless on the S9.  seems to be a bad software bug. all it has to do is keep one running until the.other one initializes and then switch off.  it's

I noticed tonight at the oasis reunion, it's annoyed me that much, all my videos with gaps in as the camera switches over , I'm seriously thinking of getting an apple for the first time.    my S9 was flawless at other concerts.

Getting an Apple or any other phone would not help, because from what I know this functionality is quite rare! 😄 There is no button to switch back/front camera during video recording! I have been in multiple shops with phones and tried it on many of them.

Having this exact same problem, has ruined a lot of gig footage I've gotten as I like to sometimes cut to the crowd. Never had this issue with my s20. Third party apps also don't have this error. Sent an error report to samsung, crickets. **bleep**ing useless.
