Ever since this June update, my device has been acting buggy. The main issue is the volume. It keeps turning up and down by itself when connected to Bluetooth devices. Has anybody been experiencing this?

Hello, We understand how frustrating it is when the audio isn't working correctly.

This article offers some tips to correct this behavior. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01200668/

We also recommend resetting the Network Settings.

  • From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  • Navigate: Settings >General management>Reset
  • Tap Reset network settings.
  • Review the info then tap Reset settings.
If presented, enter the current PIN, password or pattern.
  • To confirm, review the info then tap Reset.

If the audio continues to cut in and out, then it is recommended to have the phone evaluated by an authorized service center. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
