Voicemail app not working

Hello all, i have a Samsung Galaxy S23. A d since the last android update have not been able to use the voicemail app. Anyone oit there have this same issue? Know a fix? I cannot uninstall or open the app.

My wife has the same phone with I think the same problem. When she goes to check her voice mail nothing is there, so she taps on archive and taps back on voice mail and all her voice mail shows up. I know this isnt a fix but it might help until samsung does a update to fix the real issue

I can not open the voicemail app. I ha e to use the old way to retrieve my VM. I just am so used to the app, and it is quicker

How do I setup voicemail on my phone. It says to press *86 I believe, then it says unable to call out. Please check the number & call again.

I was a le to get the VM app to work. When you hold down on the VM app icon, press the i fo button. When the info opens, scroll down to "change system settings" and select allow. The app was usable after this task.
