If you own other WARRANTY's or moving club membership through Samsung Becarful they will sale you anything...even when you, in there words not QUALIFY for club membership. So become a VIP member with no BENEFITS. Membership show ative but none of my devices are covered. I dont see how thats LEGAL

@mbsailing Did you buy the devices before you had the VIP service purchased and completely enabled?

The VIP benefits only apply to devices after the VIP service has been completely enabled.
