Still not sure what you're asking. Operating system updates happen via large updates [ex: One UI 7 or 8] and monthly security patches. There is no way to update individual system apps or processes that I'm aware of.

Having the same issue on my fold 5 after the update. I have tried resetting the network and clearing my cache. I did notice that when I go into safe mode it seems to work perfectly. Out of safe mode it acts up again. Looking at my bluetooth it would randomly turn on and off over and over.

I am in agreement. I believe it was the update. I dealing with the same issue. I took phone in to at&t and they suggested I take it to a local repair shop. I'm also using a Fold 5.. frustrated...

When I tried to get this fixed via customer service chat, they told me to take it in to a place to have it fixed, which means, I'd have to pay for an issue that Samsung created.. booooo
