This update makes my phone drain it's battery every minute every minute, before it used to last 1 or 2 days active use, now it doesn't even last an hour, the ui all of it sucks, Samsung really needs to re think there terrible design, they need to fire all people that created this horrid trashy ui
Oh I've seen it and have done my research. My phone is running to notch lol. Thank you though! It's others that are having the same issues. But I will save the link and just randomly post it so that others can take a look at it and hopefully stop complaining about something they can change to their liking lol.
What are you talking about, this new update just drop this weekend, youtube dont have the latest changes that SAMSUNG just Stupidly drop, messing up all SAMSUNG phone turning them into an Iphone. Nonsense. Soo many things I have to now wait and look up how to readjust to my perfectly working like the way it was SAMSUNG. Nonsense.
It in fact did not "just drop this weekend" it has had 6 beta trials and all of the things are the same. I have both a Samsung and an iPhone and can assure you they are nothing alike. There are so many ways to customize your phone now especially if you have Good Lock. How about doing a little research just as you would with any electronic you buy rather than complaining about something you can literally change and make your own. Unless that is you're the type to fumble your way through things to figure it out then complain when it doesn't work because you didn't know what you're doing when you first got the phone you didn't know how to use it. Do like that again take a seat and figure it out. If you don't like it that much get you another one that doesn't run on Samsung.
Sorry Maemae2, I know that there is research out there to do, but SAMSUNG phone is working perfectly well before the update, and my update just occurred this weekend, or rather force reboot this weekend. I have never complained before on my Samsung phone, I have had one since Samsung came out, LOVE my Samsung products. Dont get it twisted. This upload was drastic and interfered with every single aspect of my phone, how it looks, what colors and what fonts and app placement it has. So no, I did not want to spend hours scrolling the internet for answers, that is not what I use my phone for. I am not 16yrs old and my phone is not an extension of my arm. Sorry I did not want to waste time fixing something that did not need fixing before the update. But alas I will have to now, right? ๐
Np. There will always be change. We just have to adapt and flow with it. Is not you'll be left behind. You can change almost every thing they have changed back to what you want it to be or somewhat close to it if you are that comfortable in what you had. This is the biggest update Samsung has had and no one seems to like it to much. I for one love it and my phone works amazingly after doing some research and learning little tricks to assure it did... Watch these three videos it'll help. Also go up to a few messages someone sent me something that will help as well.
Imagine taking your car in for an oil change, and when you get it back it has a new manual transmission, all your radio presets are changed, and they painted it some gaudy neon color. When you complain about it someone tells you to watch a couple of YouTube videos and learn how to change it back yourself.
Well I guess it's a good thing you knew this update was coming well before it came to your phone. So you shouldn't have been that surprised you got a complete overhaul!
You aren't the only one. I got my update about a week ago. My battery life sucked for a few days. Now, it's back to normal if not better. Yeah, I don't like the battery indicator. Big deal. Once I got the navigation page reset and a few other things straightened out it's perfect for me. I use Nova and my home page is exactly as it was before. People need to examine. To research. Pay attention here or YouTube. Experiment. Practice. Examine. Ask. But... as for me, I love the new setup. And I'm still learning new stuff
I agree this is just a Samsung show I can't wait to get my hand on a new Apple they should have let you choose if you want this update or to uninstall this update. Then all of us that are long time Samsung phone owners could all be satisfied. The US customer service is a JOKE!!!
You must be one of the people who helped create the update for the S23. It was working perfectly fine and there was no need to update it. It should be the phone owners option to update it or not update it. Maybe some people don't want to "do research" to re-customize their phone if they liked the way it worked before. Personally, I don't have time to "do research" for that non-sense. I am only here hoping there was a solution to undo the update and get my phone back the way it was. If you have that information, I will be happy to listen.
