This update makes my phone drain it's battery every minute every minute, before it used to last 1 or 2 days active use, now it doesn't even last an hour, the ui all of it sucks, Samsung really needs to re think there terrible design, they need to fire all people that created this horrid trashy ui
Long press the Power and volume up at the same time
scroll down to wipe cache partition
select yes
reboot

Here's the problem. When you have to walk folks through step-by-step workarounds, explain changes, justify why everyone else is delusional, say people are resistant to change, etc., that lets you know there are issues with the product. ๐ค๐ฅด
I have done the cache partition and it helped a bit but it's draining still. Galaxy watch just updated a battery would last all day and now it drains as well,
Step 3 doesnt work.. ..shows "(PDP) backup fail, setup finish (EXE)" message when I press the volume UP and Power button together when I switched off the phone several times
@aMuseD I followed the steps you provided but being honest, the difference is minimal. I noticed something but for the past couple days I've still had to charge a few times a day
It seems Samsung must do something. My phone and galaxy watch ultra, both have half of the battery life after this update. They really should act fast, very disappointing.
