This update makes my phone drain it's battery every minute every minute, before it used to last 1 or 2 days active use, now it doesn't even last an hour, the ui all of it sucks, Samsung really needs to re think there terrible design, they need to fire all people that created this horrid trashy ui
The update broke charging capabilities on the phones and with the runaway battery problem the phone has to be tethered to a charging pad because you can't charge with a cable and fast charging on wireless is broken so it takes 8+hours to charge from 30%>
ATT is aware of the problem and so is Samsung. It isn't a "few people".
The battery on my s23 ultra lasts less than half a day now since the update. This is due to the update, as previously i only needed to charge after about a day and a half. Peace out samsung 🤘
Okay now I am angry! Ever since the UI One Version 7 update. I just noticed today when I turn my phone off and turn it on to use it my battery drains 2%.....2%! It makes my phone a useless brick. And so far after a week the battery has not improved (even after using the tips). The next patch to fix the battery issue better be coming soon
It is and I agree but while walking not a minute from my apartment my phone went from 76% to 14%. And that was after turning my phone on and off 6 times
@userocyyQoKevk As a troubleshooting step, boot into safe mode. Do you see the same thing while booted in safe mode? If not, you know that it is caused by some 3rd party app on your phone.
