I need to know how to stop my phone syncing to my boyfriends phone. When my grandson calls me on messenger it also calls his Samsung and neither of us like it. How do I stop this sync. I think sense my boyfriend originally had this phone then gave it to me I believe he thought it be nice to sync the too. He doesnt remember but doesnt want it either way now
Are you and your boyfriend sharing the same Facebook, Google or Samsung account? When he gave it to you, he might never have logged it out of his accounts.
