Suggestions For PC Software To Manage My Phone Contacts

Does anyone have a suggestion for Windows software that can manage my phone contacts, photos any contacts?

Just manage your contacts via your web browser by visiting contacts.google.com

Make sure contact sync is turned ON on your device and the changes should be reflected.

Please note that this will only allow you to manage contacts saved to your Google account.

Move all your contacts to Google contacts and then you can access and manage them from anywhere/any device.  On your phone, either point the default contacts location to Google or make sure sync is on.  In the contacts app menu, select move contacts and then choose where to move from and where to move to.

Please let me clarify: I am looking for Windows-based software. I would then connect my phone and then manage my photos, contacts, and other files.

Use Microsoft Phone Link(Link to Windows)/open on your PC and click on the apps at the top. All your phone apps will show. You need the phone link app on your phone too and setup to connect to your PC. (PS. This allows you to type on your PC keyboard for your phone apps. If you are a one finger typer like me, it sure helps.)

Forgot to mention, you can also use Microsoft Phone [Link to Windows) Link to type texts and answer phone calls on your PC.
