On my Samsung Galaxy S23, the phone is set to Vibration mode. When I connect a Bluetooth headset and make or receive a call, the phone automatically switches from Vibration mode to Ringtone mode.

This happens without any manual change to the sound profile. As a result, the phone starts ringing aloud even though Vibration mode was enabled beforehand.

Check in Modes and Routines to see if you have a Routine set up that changes it from Vibrate to Aloud when connected to Bluetooth.

You can download Good Lock's Sound Assistant. Go tp advanced settings, and turn on alerts through headphones. This should transfer the ringtone and notifications to your headphones. However, if your phone is set to vibrate, it should not be turning your phone volume on when it rings.

You can also create a routine to not change the volume when you get a call or notification or remain on vibrate. Although, I think the don't change volume should suffice. But either option should do.
