When I turn potrait mode with flash on, it captures the picture but then suddenly the picture gets zoomed out to a random area in that picture.

Settings>Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear cache. Clear data if clearing the cache does nothing. If that doesn't work, power off the phone. Press + hold power and volume up until the Samsung logo disappears. Using volume keys highlight Repair apps then power to select and confirm if necessary. This wipes the cache partition and reindexes all apps on the device.

Are you on the One UI 6 beta? If not, when did this problem first start?

I got this phone (Samsung S23 Ultra) last month, and tried this combination yesterday only. I don't think its on beta version. Also, phone software got upgraded this week

Looks like it got fixed after clearing the cache. The problem was it was giving me the option to enable flash with potrait + night mode, which it is no more. Now flash + potrait mode is working separately than night + potrait mode.

Thanks for your help.
