Place cut out image over different photo?

How do I place a cut out image on another photo? I have no problem using the auto cut out, but then what? One video showed to select a "create sticker" option, but my editor does not show that. A cut out image is of little use by itself.

Open the picture you want to add the cut out image to. Click edit, and then click on the smiley face at the bottom. Then you'll click on STICKERS and click to add from gallery. You should see your cutout picture.
