Phone still on UI 5.1 and won't update

Im trying to get my phone to update but everytime it says that it is all good but i am still on 5.1 UI. How do I fix this?

Connect the phone to a computer and try using Smart Switch to force the update. Details are under the second pulldown on this page:

If that doesn't work, you'll have to contact your carrier.

I would backup all your important information and just do a factory reset. You will be able to do an update once it's done.

I'm having the same problem on my S23 FE. It's carrier unlocked on Boost Mobile and I haven't gotten any updates and I'm still on One UI 6.1 Android 14
