Galaxy S23
This just started happening around June, randomly when I get a phone call the screen will go black only thing that's visible is at the top is the time. I can't answer the phone or hang up. I just have to let it run its course and then it will power down and reboot itself.
It even occurs sometimes when I go to make a call and if the other person doesn't answer the phone will just stay on for like a solid minute or two and then the screen will turn off and reboot itself.
I've wiped my phone about three times since June and nothing has fixed it. I've called Verizon several times and they've had me wipe cache, partitions, and go through make sure proximity sensors turned off for calls, Make sure that touch sensitivity was turned on then we tried it with it turned on and it's still occurs.
Has anyone else had this issue?

That's not it. It happens so fast, I can't even answer the call. I've had my wife call me, about 7 times till it happened, while watching the screen, it doesn't show who's calling. It just goes black and has the time up top.
Can't answer it. No buttons work. It goes completely unresponsive.
