Can someone please help me out! I still do not have One UI 7 and no option to upgrade to it. I talked to Samsung and they said it's a Mint Mobile problem and Mint told me it's a Samsung problem. This phone was purchased several months ago brand new and fully unlocked. I don't know what to do.
Maybe, for whatever reason, it didn't work for you, but it works for many, many, many people and you should not be telling people not to "waste their time".
