disable screen casting (Smart View) on your Samsung phone, simply navigate to the quick toggles panel, find the Smart View option, and tap it to turn off casting.

Here's a more detailed breakdown:

Access Quick Toggles: Swipe down from the top of your Samsung phone screen to access the quick toggles panel.

Locate Smart View: Look for the "Smart View" or "Screen Share" icon in the quick toggles.

Turn Off Casting: Tap the Smart View icon to turn off screen mirroring or casting.

Alternative Method: On newer Android versions, you can disable casting by first choosing to cast, which will list the Chromecast device and give you the option to disable it.

Samsung TV Settings: If you are having trouble with the phone, you can also disable the Autorun Multi View Mirroring function on your Samsung TV.

That's the Smart View icon to let you know you are connected to something for viewing your screen.  If you did not turn it on, you may have been hacked.  Open Smart View and see what you are connected to and disconnect it then make sure Smart View is off.  Then download and run a malware scanner on your phone to see if there are any exploits present.

Then you have no other choice but to factory reset you phone and start from scratch. Before you do, make sure you have a flash drive to back up any important documents or downloads. You can try downloading and running Malwarebytes before that, though, to see if there's malware.
