I have ads popping up all day and some time when I'm Sleeping

Ads taking over my phone! Called Tmobile tec 4 times they can fix this problem! This ads freeze my screen.

Ads are generally due to a third-party app that you installed or malware you picked up somewhere. Download Good Lock from the Galaxy Store and install the Nice Catch module. Toggle "toast history" and "detect commercials" to find out which app is the culprit. Then you can uninstall that app.

Not working for me.
I have ads on screen between the lock screen and the home screen.
It doesn't detect them.

If you boot into safe mode and don't see any ads, that will confirm that the problem is due to a third-party app. You will have to go through apps one by one to determine which is the culprit.

You could have also picked up malware from a website. Install Malwarebytes from the Play Store and see what it turns up.

I see the dots but not the ads as @Mujibar suggested its like a app or game other though would be dime notification

The ads follow after the dots rocking back and forth, can't click on anything till the ads stop. The only way to stop the ads is to turn the phone off. Then log on again.
