Hello. Could someone of you help me with one issue? Is possible with Samsung's help unblock S23 ultra, blocked by Samsung? There is (in phone) some of very important data, which was not synchronized. After one of updates ( a few months ago) instead of biometrics I was requested by Samsung to input PIN. Unfortunately, all my usual combinations of PIN did not worked (I was very surprised) and finally Samsung blocked my phone permanently. But I can prove to Samsung that I owned that phone since 2023 year.

Thank you in advance

Even if you use biometrics, you are required to input a pin after restart. If you have forgotten your pin, no one, not even Samsung, can get into your device. Your only option is to factory reset the device.

Since you are pin locked out of the device, after reset, the device will likely be FRP (Factory reset protection) locked. From there, you can enter your Google credentials and regain access to your device.

If your data was not backed up, there is no way to recover it after reset.

For future reference, it is wise to keep automatic backup enabled. It is also advised in many situations to keep physical records of account pins and passwords in a secure location. Not only will that help you regain device access in cases like this, it can also be beneficial to trusted loved ones in tragic circumstances.

Not blocked by Samsung, blocked by the security features on your device.  This is to prevent unauthorized actors from accessing your device by trying to guess your access code.  As @CEParsons said it is advisable to have a) multiple login methods, so if one fails you can still get into your phone, and b) write down any pins/passwords in a secure location (not on your phone).  Back up your data regularly.  The automatic backups are useful, but they only back up your settings, apps, home screen layout, messages and contacts.  All other personal data must be backed up independently and separately.  Utilizing external devices (computer, external hdd, flash drive) or Samsung's temporary cloud storage, you can make a complete Smart Switch backup which includes your personal data.  You never know when your phone is going to fail, or you have to do a reset (or you are going to forget your access credentials).  They also make third party apps where you can schedule automatic backups of your data to a cloud drive, such as OneDrive, DropBox, or Google Drive; or an SD card if your phone has one.  A third party app has the advantage of being able to be restored to a non-Samsung device, should you decide to switch (temporarily or permanently).
