I just got a new S23+ which I like except for the Gallery.

It chooses where to put albums that I don't want to see AT THE TOP OF THE LIST.

I don't want "Recent" or "Favorites" or "Screenshots" to take up room at the top of my list of albums!!

They have absolutely no relevance to me unless I decide to look at them ........ maybe once a year, MAYBE LESS!  Who decided that I have to move them out of the way EVERYTIME I go to my albums!!!

I tried the three dots on the upper right corner and don't get the options others have talked about.  Here's what I get:

Edit, Select All, Sort, & Hide Albums.

It would be great if I could hide those 3 albums but.................

THE RULES DON'T APPLY TO THOSE ALBUMS!!!

I HAVE TO SCROLL PAST THEM EVERY DARNED TIME!!

Please help me get rid of those albums.

From the Gallery, go to Settings>About Gallery>tap the Version number until you see a message at the bottom of the screen that Gallery Labs have been enabled. Go back to Settings>select Gallery Labs>disable Show virtual albums. Make sure to exit the Gallery completely for the changes to take effect.
