If you purchased the device secondhand, you will need to contact the original owner. The device will require the credentials of the original owner to unlock.
If you bought the device from a reputable reseller, contact the reseller. Explain that the device is FRP locked and request a replacement.
If neither of these is an option, you will most likely be unable to unlock and use the device.
@MrLee7800 Sorry to say but the Lock can't be removed its a security feature and can only be removed with the original Google account that was signed into the Device.
