Galaxy S23Is it Facebook or Facebook messenger you are not getting notifications for? You can try going to apk mirror and downloading an earlier version of whichever app, uninstalling the current app and turning off the automatic updates in both the app and the play store and installing the apk. Have you tried uninstalling the app, wiping the phone's cache partition, and then reinstalling the app? I would try that first, especially if you don't regularly perform cache partition maintenance on your device.

Galaxy S23If you cleared the Facebook app's cache already, try deleting the data. You will have to log back into Facebook and some phone specific app settings may be gone, but it will be clean.

Galaxy S23I hope it does, but since the issue seems to be with the customizations (i.e. notifications), I would suspect something is garbled in the app data.
