Was your phone recently exposed to water? Exposing your phone to a heat source like a hair dryer is not a recommended method for drying out the phone. The phone should be able to dry out sufficiently air dry. In the meantime, you should be able to wirelessly charge your S23.

If the water warning persists even after sufficient time for the phone to have dried out, there may be some other hardware issue at play triggering the water detection.

If thia is the case, you will likely need to visit a certified Samsung repair center to fully diagnose the issue and have any required repairs completed by a certified technician.

Getting same problem constantly with S25 Ultra after the One UI 8 update. Did beta test and no issues but constant even when not plugged in.

I would recommend putting your device near a standing fan for an hour or two. Then if you have to carry your phone in your pocket, carry it with the charging port facing up. Do NOT use heat to dry, as heat will damage things too. As mentioned, a fan is your best option. You can try going in and clearing the USB Cache (you have to select 'Show System Apps' in order for it to show) and then restart the phone if it doesn't clear on its own.
