Bluetooth not turning on

Unsure what to make of this but all of a sudden my bluetooth is refusing to turn on. What can I do to fix it? 

To clarify. When i tap the bluetooth icon it'll fade as if it is turning on then sit there before turning back off

Can you check what's turning off your Bluetooth in Bluetooth settings

Says it was turned on. Now my wifi is on but refused to connect to a network. I just got it fixed after resetting the phone caches and all the resets. It'll stay on for a bit then disconnect from the wifi, then struggle to find any wifi connections. Bluetooth still stubbornly refuses to turn on

So will my network carrier not charge me for the failing wifi connection and will samsung fix the issue on both the wifi and bluetooth?

It depends, is it under warranty I'm not sure if anybody else would have the answer, also. Have you diagnosed your phone with samsung memebers
