In Settings > Accessibility > Interaction and Gestures, the "Assistant Menu" option will bring up a pop-up menu on the screen or it may show up as an edge icon. However, sometimes when you tap it, the location of the menu when it appears is... a different location, I always get mistouch or unrecognized touches when I have this issue.
