Get that updated the smartswith and also need the links to windows app on a PC you will need to download smartswith from the windows store and use your phones charging usb cable after you download from wondiws store it will do a driver uodate and tell you to not connect usb yet once that's done connect the usb to PC and phone the phone will have 2 prompts I think asking to ok the connection or something on the PC click the uodate button it should than start or indicate a uodate and yo download let it run and when done it should apply updates
