Galaxy S23Hi there, thank you for reaching out, and I can understand how annoying it is to have your phone come on and open things while in your pocket. Have you made sure Double Tap to Turn on Screen isn't enabled? Swipe down for the cog (Settings), go to Advanced Features, Motions and Gestures, and turn off Double Tap to Turn On Screen. There is also a guide on this feature here: https://www.samsung.com/au/support/mobile-devices/enable-double-tap-to-turn-off/
Also, check this guide out on the Accidental Touch Protection feature: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00083344/#:~:text=Turn%20on%20Accidental%20touch%20prot....
If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1. Facebook Messenger: http://m.me/samsungsupport 2. Twitter: https://twitter.com/messages/compose?recipient_id=18768513- 3. Galaxy S23@LEE1972 @gegphotojr @catloverplayer You shouldn't need to reset, it's true. There is a great app I use called Gravity Screen. You can find it in the Google Play Store. It has a bunch of settings to prevent (and enable) the screen being turned on. Let me know if this reduces the problem.
