You can reformat the right button in setting to be a power button or slide the drop down screen twice and power button appears ontop right corner next to the setting gear

In addition to remapping the side button, you can disable Gemini in settings > apps.

Go into galaxy AI settings and click each settings and toggle off, but some are really useful
