My home area has horrible sim network that's why I rely on Wi-Fi-calling but my WIFI - Calling setting keeps on turning off. I have WIFI calling turned on my S22 but it keeps turning off.
Let's me clarify: I problem is I have wifi preferred turn on but it's keeping turning off once I leave home
Wi fi calling is a carrier feature. Have you contacted your carrier? Have you gone into the wifi callung settings and selected wifi preferred?

I have wifi preferred turned on but it's keeping getting turned off that's the whole problem I didn't contact my carrier cause it felt like a device issue and thanks for the routine advice I will try it.
Unfortunately, I just checked the routines, and keeping the wifi calling on doesn't appear to be an option. My mistake, I thought it was there. However, you can create a routine to put your phone in airplane mode and keep wifi and BT on when connected to your home network. This will effectively force your wifi calling to stay on.
Interestingly enough I have my Wi-Fi calling set to mobile preferred and yet I cannot stop it from being on Wi-Fi calling when connected to a Wi-Fi network, even when the mobile network has full bars. I don't really care as long as I can get and make phone calls
