Which browser are you using? Have you tried using different browsers? Some websites don't like Firefox but behave perfectly fine on Chromium-based browsers (ex: Chrome, Samsung Internet, Microsoft Edge, etc).
If this only happens on WiFi, is it just your home WiFi or other WiFi networks?
There are several reasons that could be causing this to happen. If you are using a VPN, sometimes that can be a cause of websites not loading, however its usually isolated due to certain websites. For instance nord vpn has what's called threat protection settings that can prevent certain sites from loading up properly or not all. Could be the browser your using or having strict settings enabled.
