Websites aren't downloaded; they're connected to. What you're seeing is a connection error, which could be caused by a number of things. There could be issues with your mobile or wireless network, there could be a problem with certain browser settings, or there could be a problem with the websites themselves.

Without more info, it will be very difficult to try to determine the cause(s) of the error. Does the error happen on mobile data or WiFi? Is it consistently the same websites or does it happen randomly? Are you running any browser extensions that could be interfering with the websites?

Which browser are you using? Have you tried using different browsers? Some websites don't like Firefox but behave perfectly fine on Chromium-based browsers (ex: Chrome, Samsung Internet, Microsoft Edge, etc).

If this only happens on WiFi, is it just your home WiFi or other WiFi networks?

There are several reasons that could be causing this to happen.
If you are using a VPN, sometimes that can be a cause of websites not loading, however its usually isolated due to certain websites. For instance nord vpn has what's called threat protection settings that can prevent certain sites from loading up properly or not all.
Could be the browser your using or having strict settings enabled.
