I have been having bluetooth issues since installing the horrific OneUI 7 update as well. I am able to get devices to connect after deleting them out of the list of paired devices list and re-pairing them. I have had to do it multiple times already though.
None of my pairing even shows up. Just one day went to pair my car to my phone and nothing is there. Shuts off by itself too. Very frustrating especially when driving. I have a z fold 4.
I have the z fold 5 and mine is doing the same. Bluetooth won't even turn on at this point. Hotspot was doing the same but now it turns on but not sure if it works yet.
