Galaxy S22Hello, thank you for your feedback. I understand your concerns with wanting to adjust Bixby voice on your device without changing your media volume.
There are many ways to adjust Bixby Voice's volume. The most convenient way may be to press the Volume up or Volume down buttons. Then, tap the three horizontal dots at the top of the Volume pop-up menu, and use the slider to set the volume.
From this menu, you can also tap the Settings icon to open Volume settings and adjust it from there.
Alternatively, you can launch Bixby using the Bixby button or Side button. When the Bixby pop-up menu appears, press the Volume up or Volume down buttons to adjust Bixby Voice's volume. You can also ask Bixby to do it for you. Just wake up Bixby, and then say a command, such as "Set Bixby Volume to 50 percent."
If this is not working properly for you please submit an error report:
by going to the Samsung Members app > Get help > Send feedback > Error reports.

Galaxy S22I guess I am confused, albeit not as confused as the canned response you got from the Samsung Moderator which in no way shape or form addresses your issue, but am still confused.
To my knowledge, Bixby has always used the Media volume for it's responses, as that is what it is. Any program that wants to output sound that is not a notification or ring tone would go over the Media slider. You say this just started happening, what volume would be increased in the past when the same command was issued?
