Phone getting stuck and restarting

Hello! Since last 1 week I am observing pause of 2 3 second when using phone. Also when there is lot of operatons like notifications coming and app getting used the phone also restarts. I tried clearing the cache participation and have been deleting app as well. Any recommendations what options I have apart from Factory reset.
