The more info you can provide as to what exactly is going on will be helpful for people trying to help you. Screenshots would be good, too.

It's a news app called notoni and another one flickr. Spelling my be off but I can't find it anywhere in the apps that I have now. But it starts with 2 squiggling lines with a red ball that goes up and down then the news pops up.

Uninstall from the app drawer or settings

Find the app: Locate the NotOnMyWatch app icon on your home screen or in your app drawer (swipe up from the bottom of your screen to see all your apps).

Long press: Tap and hold the app icon for a few seconds.

Uninstall option: A menu or options will appear. Drag and drop the app to the Uninstall button (usually at the top of the screen), or tap the Uninstall option directly.

Confirm: A pop-up might ask you to confirm your decision, tap OK or Uninstall to proceed.

2. Uninstall through the Google play store

Open Play Store: Launch the Google Play Store app.

Access profile: Tap the Profile icon (usually at the top right of the screen).

Manage apps: Tap Manage apps & devices.

Select app: Under the "Manage" tab, locate and tap the NotOnMyWatch app.

Uninstall: Tap the Uninstall button and confirm if prompted.

3. If you can't uninstall

Restart the phone: A simple restart can resolve temporary issues preventing uninstallation.

Clear cache and data:

Go to Settings > Apps.

Locate NotOnMyWatch and tap on it.

Tap Storage, then Clear Cache and Clear Data.

Force Stop: If the app is running in the background, force stopping it may allow you to uninstall.

Go to Settings > Apps.

Locate the NotOnMyWatch app and tap on it.

Tap Force Stop.

4. Addressing potential malware

If the NotOnMyWatch app seems suspicious or you suspect it's malware:

Run an antivirus scan: Use a reputable antivirus app to scan your device and remove any identified threats.

Check for hidden apps: Look for any unfamiliar apps in your app list under Settings > Apps.
