I am a really paranoid person and I noticed my location keeps flickering off and on I checked permissions and everything seems normal no strange apps are using location I'm paranoid that something is wrong cause it's happened before like 4 months ago and it stopped flickering and stayed on at the top bar for awhile till 3 days ago this is day 3 of the icon still flickering is it a bug or malware?
I was worried too, but after a while I realized it's just a notification for something I have turned on. Most likely location sharing (my wife and I share each other's location), weather app location tracking, and a few others.
Unless you are really concerned about your location being tracked/shared, don't worry about it. If you are concerned, go through your apps and turn off location sharing. Although, that may handicap the features of your apps.
