Not sure what you mean by "All " recommendations. Because apparently it's still not working.
Try Factory Resetting your JBL Speaker
Turn on your JBL speaker.
Press and hold the Play button and the Volume Up button simultaneously for approximately five seconds.
The speaker will make a sound and power off automatically, indicating the reset is complete.
Turn the speaker back on. It should automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing Bluetooth light.
Try Resetting your network settings
This step specifically addresses potential software issues on your Samsung S22 phone that may be interfering with the Bluetooth connection, without deleting personal data.
Go to your S22's Settings menu. Tap General Management. Tap Reset. Tap Reset network settings. Confirm the action.
Note that this will erase all Wi-Fi passwords and mobile data settings, so you will need to re-enter them later.
After completing the above steps, try pairing the devices again:
Ensure the JBL speaker is in pairing mode (flashing Bluetooth light).
You may need to press the dedicated Bluetooth button briefly if it does not automatically start flashing.
On your S22, navigate to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth.
Tap Scan if the device list does not automatically refresh.
Select your JBL speaker from the list of available devices to connect.
