How to power off the phone

What the? How do I restart the  galaxy s22 plus. It used to be so easy. Just hold the power button. I grew up without this tech. I'm ready to go back to my springwound record player. I've got a darned tube radio that warms up faster than this new junk comes to life. So ... I played soccer with this blasted thjng across 10 acres.  Wish I could get a land line

Pull down from the top right of the screen and tap the power icon. Side button settings are at the bottom. Change long press to "power off menu."

Thank you. I'm a fairly tech savy person, but I'm an early gen Xer.I'm struggling just a bit with this and work. ( CNC machinist) I'm trying, but its really trying my patience. Now I understand how the Boomers felt with CD's . I appreciate the help. Thank you very much.
