Can anyone please identify this symbol for me?

This symbol of the dual lightning bolts, appeared on my phone a short time ago. Upon seeing it I swiped the notification menu down only to see that there were no notifications corresponding to the symbol and it has me perplexed as to what it possibly is.

For all those who commented about it being a charging symbol, that's what I initially thought also but my phone was not plugged in and I thought it was **bleep**g out. I figured out it was for an instant play notification for a game that I never had clicked on. It wasn't until I swiped down, not seeing the same symbol in my notification panel that I cleared an instant plan notification for a game and it went away. So I guess you learn something new everyday.
