Bug when applying color palate to match my wallpaper One UI 7

I have a bug when applying a color pallete that matches my wallpaper. My wallpaper is blue but it shows purple for the text. 

I am on ONE UI 7. I use an S906U1.

Some widgets don't allow you to change text color. How do you know that one is based on color palette?
