I have an app (OurPhoto), that used to be in the list of apps in the Appear on Top setting menu. But now it no longer is in this list. Is there a way I can add the app back to the list, so I can toggle the Appear on Top setting to 'on'?

Galaxy S22It's possible that the app developer did not update the app to be compatible with that aspect of the new system. Or, they did update the app, and just didn't program the ability for it to be on top of other apps. You would have to check with the developer of the app. The only apps that will appear in that list are apps that have the appear on top ability coded into them.

Galaxy S22i had tried to unistall and reinstall, but that did not work. How do you clear cache and data for apps? is there any value to trying that if the unistall and reinstall did not work?

Galaxy S22All the apps that are installed on your phone should appear in that list to be toggled on or off. It is unlikely it's a system app, but it could be hiding as one. Tap the dot menu and select "show system apps" and see if it reappears.

Galaxy S22I'll take your word for it, as I don't use that function. I only know I see virtually every app that's on my phone in the list.
