Upside App no longer displays offers

My upside app will no longer display offers. I've been thru the normal checks, then finally uninstalling and reinstalling. I think it started after the last Samsung software update G996USQSFHYE2. Is there a support number or email available to reach customer support?

If that's the One UI 7 update, you should contact the developers of that app. It probably needs to be updated for compatibility with Android 15.

I just figured this out. Even though I had location permission turned on for Upside, I did not have it turned on for Google maps. As soon as I turned Google Maps on, it started working. 


I tested turning it on / off a couple times to confirm that was the issue.

I didn't realize Google maps location had been turned off but at least it makes sense.
