After updating my S21 Ultra to one ui 7 android 15 , I have a problem with the network connection.

The network is completely disconnecting and goes into emergency mode, or it loses the antenna altogether, and I need to restart my phone every time to be able to connect to the network again.

Updated S21 Ultra. 
No cell service after update. 
Tried all the resets, new Sim cards.
Nothing works.
Fix this Samsung!
All I've been able to find out is that it's affected S20's and S21's on ATT with esims.
Help Samsung!

So, it's a certain model of phone on a *specific* carrier, and it's Samsung's problem to fix? Are you aware that the carriers get the update from Samsung, add their own tweaks, restrictions and enhancements and then roll it out to their users? You should be contacting AT&T

AT&T is telling me they have nothing to do with the updates and to contact Samsung

If that's what they're telling you, it's a lie. They have everything to do with the updates that they push.

Regardless, cell service is most definitely a carrier issue. It's what you pay them for. You'll need to escalate this with AT&T support.

AT&T is lying to you.  They have everything to do with the updates.  

Are you referring to the OS/UI updates or the security updates?  I believe the security updates come from Google, as they are *Android* security updates.

I have Ting (Verizon) and they said the same. I cannot hear on any calls. It has to do with the dual sim card, but my Sim card is perfectly fine from Ting as it works in my daughter's Apple phone. It is my Samsung only.

My phone has been constantly losing signal, signal, switching from 4g to 5g with low bars after one ui7 update. Today i got a message saying i need to activate my phone. I have been using this phone for almost a year already and now after this update it is useless. Verizon is my service provider.
