My Signia 7IX binaural hearing aids are not staying connected correctly via Bluetooth.
Following the February 4th Android firmware update, they are not staying connected binaurally. Rather, one or the other connects. The connection "flips" left/right randomly. Will momentarily connect for several seconds correctly, then flip back to a single left or right aid functioning.
I've performed countless resets and re-pair.
I also have a set of Signia 7AX (the previous model) and that set is doing exactly the same thing.
Both the 7IX and 7AX are Signia top-of-the-line models. Both have the latest firmware.
I'm sure this is a Samsung firmware bug in the last update. Previous version had no issues, and both sets of aids had previously been working flawlessly.
Has anyone found a work-around?
I use my aids with Google Translate to receive direct translation. It's awkward to hear a translated audio in one ear, and the ambient untranslated audio in the other.
