Thanks for the advice. No need to do anything. Anyone that uses an S21 FE device will notice the exact thing I stated. Scrolling speed is visibly slowed down for some apps. I get it though. The new S series need to feel faster and the old series need to be slowed down. The cpu's are way too capable these days to see actual changes from one version to the next, so instead, the changes have to be manufactured.

Enable dev options and change these settings to .5x
Setting>Tap Build number seven times>scroll to the section labeled "Drawing"
Another thing that might help is the fine lock module "Galaxy App Booster".
