Forgot unlock PIN to my SmartThings account

Hola olvide mi pin de desbloqueo, ya voy. Espera de 24 hrs, entro mi cuenta Samsung smarthings y no logro ver la opción para desbloquear y no quiero perder mis fotos, no quiero reiniciarlo,que puedo hacer ..

Lamento que hayas olvidado tu PIN de desbloqueo. La única forma de 
recuperar tu dispositivo es restablecerlo a la configuración de fábrica, 
volver a iniciar sesión con las mismas cuentas de Google y Samsung, 
y luego restaurarlo desde una copia de seguridad.

Detailed Steps:
1. Power off the phone:
If you can't power it off normally due to the lock screen, hold the Volume Down and Power buttons until the screen turns black.
2. Enter Recovery Mode:
Once powered off, press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously. Release both buttons when the Samsung logo appears.
3. Navigate to Factory Reset:
Use the Volume buttons to scroll to "Wipe data/factory reset".
4. Select and Confirm:
Press the Power button to select "Wipe data/factory reset". Then, scroll to "Factory data reset" and confirm with the Power button.
5. Reboot:
After the reset is complete, select "Reboot system now" to restart the phone.
Important Considerations:
Google Account:

If you have a Google account linked to the phone, you may be prompted to enter your Google account credentials after the reset.
Samsung Account:
.
Similarly, if you have a Samsung account linked, you may need to enter those credentials as well.
FRP (Factory Reset Protection):

If your device is protected by Google's FRP, you'll need to enter your Google account credentials after the reset to bypass the lock screen
